Atlas Digital provides website design, marketing services, advertising management, content production, and AI-assisted customer communication tools for local businesses.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false information or someone else's contact details
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or collect data from the Site
• Use the Site to send spam or unlawful messages

Inquiries and communication

When you submit a form, use our chat, or contact us, you agree that we may respond by email, phone, or text message using the contact details you provide. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, and the SMS section below for text messages.

Our chat may be answered by an automated AI assistant. The assistant may ask questions about your business and help you schedule a call. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.

Text messages (SMS)

If you consent to receive text messages from Atlas Digital, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

No guaranteed results

Information on the Site describes our services and general marketing practices. It is not a promise of specific results. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, capacity, and how quickly you respond to leads. Nothing on the Site guarantees a particular number of leads, customers, rankings, or revenue.

Services and agreements

Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written service agreement between Atlas Digital and the client. If anything in these Terms conflicts with that agreement, the service agreement controls for that client.

Prices shown on the Site may change. Prices quoted in a signed service agreement apply for the term stated in that agreement. Advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to the advertising platform and are not included in our fees unless the service agreement says otherwise.

Intellectual property

The Site, its content, and its design are owned by Atlas Digital or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

Work we create for a client is governed by that client's service agreement.

Third-party services

The Site may use or link to third-party services, including scheduling, messaging, analytics, and advertising platforms. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100), unless a signed service agreement says otherwise.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Atlas Digital harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The new version takes effect when posted, and the date above will be updated. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
