Atlas Digital provides web, marketing and customer-response services to local businesses. Information on this site is general and may change.

Text message program

Program: Atlas Digital text messages about your request. We text you when you call us and we miss your call, when you submit our contact form, and to follow up on a request you made.
How you opt in: by calling our business number and replying to our text, or by submitting the contact form on our site and agreeing to the consent statement beside the submit button.
Frequency: message frequency varies, depending on your request.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. We will send one confirmation and no more messages after that.
Help: reply HELP, or contact us at atlassocialsco@gmail.com.
Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: see our Privacy Policy at https://atlasdigitalsco.com/privacy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Emergencies

Our text and phone assistants are not emergency services. If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide, or see smoke, fire or sparks, leave the area and call 911 or your gas utility.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse our site, send unlawful or harmful content, or try to interfere with our systems.

No warranty and limits of liability

Our site and messages are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Atlas Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using them.
