Scope of work
The website build covers the deliverables agreed in writing before work starts. Extra pages, features, or integrations requested after that are quoted separately.
Payment
The website build is a one-time setup fee. Domain, hosting, and software costs are billed separately and explained to you before anything goes live. Premium website management and security is a separate one-time setup fee.
Client responsibilities
You provide business information, photos, logos, and content, and confirm you have the right to use them. Timely feedback keeps the build on schedule.
Revisions and launch
You review the website and request final changes before launch. Once approved, we publish it and hand over access relevant to your plan.
Security and availability
We follow current security best practices and configure backups and monitoring where your plan includes them. We cannot guarantee that a website will never be compromised or that third-party hosting will never experience downtime.
Ownership
On full payment, the website content and design delivered for your business are yours. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own licences.
